Point of View

Human beings have extraordinary capacities to organise and renew themselves and achieve great results. Organisations need to draw on the full capacity of every person to think and act. They can do that by utilising each member of the organisation in their unique strengths and capabilities, organising high quality collaboration between them towards achieving a common purpose. Organisations and leaders tend to be stuck in a mental model that stems from the industrial revolution. Whilst that mental model has brought us success and prosperity, the challenges of the current era require an alternative model. Those alternatives are found in the concepts of Complex Adaptive Systems, Systems Thinking, Self-Organisation and Chaos Theory. Lisa Vos has 25 years of hands on knowledge and experience with helping organisations and leaders shift their thinking into new models, choosing different ways of organising and leading which are better suited to handling the challenges organisations face today and creating transformational change.
